Clinic Location:

1314 Concord Road SE, Smyrna, GA 30080

Hours of Operation :

M-F 7:30am to 5:30pm

Salary Range:

$15.00-$18.00/hr

K Plan Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual Schedule appointments for patients and manage the appointment calendar Collect patient information and update electronic medical records Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance billing processes Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as front desk admin in a medical office Experience working with Athena or a similar EHR preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
