The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment while maintaining the smooth operation of our office. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient use of time for both staff and clients. Maintain organized filing systems for patient records and office documents. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, typing, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Qualifications Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in an office environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in computer usage, including familiarity with office software applications.
