Are you someone who loves helping people and can juggle a few tasks at once with a smile? Bell Eve is looking for a Front Desk Associate who not only brings excellent customer service but also has a solid understanding of billing and coding. This role is a blend of welcoming clients and ensuring the smooth handling of insurance claims and pre-authorizations, making it an essential part of our team! • What you’ll be doing:
• Greeting clients and visitors with a warm welcome
• Answering phone calls and directing them as needed
• Scheduling client appointments with doctors
• Coordinating with clinical staff and pharmacies
• Taking and recording vitals
• Keeping Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) organized and up-to-date
• Staying on top of multiple tasks with ease
• What we’re looking for:
• Quick learner who can adapt to new tasks easily
• Friendly and clear communicator
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) is a bonus!
• Ability to stay focused and organized, even with a lot going on
• Polite, professional, and compassionate in all interactions
• What we offer:
• Starting pay: $15/hour for the first 30 days

• Part-time:

  20-30 hours per week with flexibility to cover other shifts when needed

• Unlimited PTO after the first 90 days
