The right candidate will receive training as a receptionist and assistant. A college degree is not necessary and no legal work experience is required. We are a boutique law firm (9 employees) located in Melbourne, Florida that currently represents over 400 clients throughout Central Florida in appeals before the Social Security Administration and in Federal Court. - Handle phone calls with professionalism and proper etiquette
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain attorney calendars
- Communicate with clients, doctors, and other parties involved in legal cases
- Prepare forms for Social Security cases Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills to manage files and documents efficiently
- Ability to conduct tele-conference interviews and gather relevant information
- Patience and Empathy with clients pursing disability.
