Patient Coordinator / Receptionist The Healthy Family Chiropractic & Massage 5200 Babcock Street NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905 Job Summary At The Healthy Family Chiropractic & Massage, we are dedicated to providing top-notch patient care in a supportive and welcoming environment. Our team is passionate about helping families achieve their health and wellness goals through chiropractic care and massage therapy. Position Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized patient coordinator to join our dynamic team! As the patient coordinator for our thriving office, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients by their first name as they arrive, manage scheduling and book appointments, answer phone calls, help patients complete their new patient paperwork, take and understand insurance information, and make sure all the patients needs are met while in the office. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Scheduling and manage patient appointment efficiently Greet patients warmly by their first name and ensure a positive experiance Ensure all patient documentation is complete and organized Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries Check patients in and out of the office, collecting payments, and handling insurance information Multitask in a fast paced and continually growing environment Communicating within the team to maximize patient care Qualifications Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred Friendly demeanor and a genuine caring attitude towards patients Organization is a must Ability to work collaboratively as a part of a team Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Familiar with computers Excellent multi-tasking skills If you are passionate about helping others and want to be a part of a dedicated team, we would love to hear from you.
