- Proven 3-to-5-year track record for one company, preferably in client/customer service

- The Receptionist plays a vital role in setting the tone for the organization. As the first person our visitors see in the office, the Receptionist is instrumental in ensuring everyone receives a WOW experience every time they come to Orion180.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greet visitors“`{=html}“
- Notify appropriate staff of visitors and escort guests as needed
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Manage incoming calls; take and distribute messages as needed
- Track all supply inventory
- Manage the front desk by receiving, distributing, and organizing mail and deliveries
- Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and functional
- Support the team with overflow work, including copying/scanning documents, data entry, and research tasks
- Pitch in with anything else that helps the office run smoothly.
