We are looking for a kind, outgoing individual who has a passion for working within the senior community. Experience in an Assisted Living Facility or another healthcare environment is a plus but is not required. Job Duties & Responsibilities include: Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Greets and receives guests in a cordial and friendly manner. Responds to resident needs and requests. Answers multi-line telephone system, takes accurate messages, and transfers telephone calls to appropriate person in an efficient manner. Answers emergency response system and fire alarm systems, and take appropriate emergency steps. Assists Activities Department and Resident Care Department with administration duties when needed. Maintains neatness of the reception area, front office, and club house. Distributes professional written communications to email mailboxes. Assists the Business Office Manager with preparing and mailing invoices, newsletters and resident funds Accepts and signs for deliveries, including prescriptions and mail. Assists scheduling and confirming doctor appointments for Residents. Collects rents and issues receipts. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Background Screening Hours:

8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday (available some weekends, available holidays)
