We are seeking a talented, self-motivated, compassionate receptionist with the ability to multi-task, to join our outstanding team. Position requires strong communication, considerable tact and diplomacy, and client service skills. Must have the ability to greet clients and answer client inquiries in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner, schedule appointments, record messages – check clients in, discharge patients, collect client fees, post and record payments, make change, process credit card transactions, run end of day transactions, input data into computer software system, and perform a variety of clerical duties, such as; mailings, cleaning, organizing reception area, type correspondence, reports and other documents. Must have the ability to perform general physical activities that require bending, standing, stooping, moving from room to room, sitting, talking, and listening; may be required to walk or stand for long periods of time; will use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel; will reach with hands and arms. Regular attendance and timeliness are an essential function in order to fulfill this requirement of this position. Must be able to work some Saturdays 8-1pm and Weekdays 9am-6pm.
