Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Berger windows and doors 3660 NW 126th Ave # D, Coral Springs, FL 33065 We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist who wants to grow with us. As the first point of contact, you will demonstrate exemplary professional administrative support and be responsible for the main reception desk for the business operation. Responsibilities include but not limited to, receiving calls, schedule meetings, file documents, assisting customers, filling out permit applications, getting the mail, assisting office personnel. One year of administrative experience a must and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) draft corporate letters/notices, email, and ability to work and multi-task independently.
