Bilingual Spanish- Physical Therapy Front Desk Receptionist Orthopaedic Center of South Florida Plantation, FL 33324 Bilingual (English/Spanish) •Required Obtains patient information for billing Obtain patient referrals Prepares all necessary forms and documents Works through and resolves patient issues immediately Perform Daily Close Post co-pays Perform tasks under high-pressure situations and maintain a positive mental attitude Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written Excellent time management and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and a team-player Possess a positive attitude, self-starter with good customer service focus Ability to multi-task and solve problems Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Knowledge of computers as we are a chartless office, using Allscripts PM and Exscribe EHRsystem a plus
