Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: TRG Management, a premier property management company experienced with all types of housing, including subsidized, workforce and affordable, mid-rises, high-rises, luxury rentals, and single-family. Today we manage approximately 20,000 units across several states and our current management portfolio contains over 100 properties. Professionally screen incoming calls and provide callers with company information and/or transfer caller to appropriate associate. Greet guest and extend a hospitable welcome. Coordinate pick-up and delivery of express mail services. ( Fed-Ex, UPS, etc) Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail. Work collectively with team associates to update ad information and maintain database. Compose memos, correspondence, emails, make copies, file and send/receive faxes.

Qualifications/Requirements:
