Compensation:

$20 – $22 per hour

DOE Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients, providing information and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage general email and packages correspondence in a professional manner. Maintain an organized and presentable front desk and reception area. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff as needed. Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, making copies or printing any documentation. Assuring consultation booklets are prep for the newt day if needed. Oversee and monitor internal databases. Communicate with staff via emails, texts, and posted reminders for events, and any notifications needed. Coordinate office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely restocking. Support special projects, events, and other operational tasks as assigned. Always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in office administration or other related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Strong typing and computer skills. Prompt and reliable in task execution. English and Spanish is a MUST! Preferred Qualifications Experience in a professional service, legal, or corporate environment. Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRM systems, or other office management software. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions Full-time, on-site position at Pembroke Pines Office Standard business hours with occasional overtime as required.
