Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and steady Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our families, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent service. Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist families with a warm and professional attitude Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about our swim programs Register new students and maintain accurate student records Schedule swim lessons and manage class bookings efficiently Process payments, issue receipts, and follow proper cash-handling procedures Assist parents with questions about schedules and lesson progress Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Work closely with instructors and management to ensure a seamless experience for families Qualifications (Required): Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Mandatory Portuguese is a plus Previous customer service experience (front desk, receptionist, or similar role) Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, consistent, and able to commit to a set schedule
