Job Description

Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role requires an experienced individual with exceptional communication skills who can create a welcoming environment for visitors and maintain smooth front desk operations. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and enjoy interacting with people, this position offers a great opportunity to contribute to our organization. This is just a 4-day coverage next week: Tuesday 5/13- Friday 5/16.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors warmly and ensure they sign in upon arrival.
  • Answer and direct calls using a multi-line switchboard system.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor and greet individuals passing by the executive offices.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Provide clerical support to ensure seamless front desk operations.
  • Manage visitor logs and maintain the reception area in an organized manner.
  • Respond to inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support administrative tasks as needed. Requirements
  • Experience operating a multi-line phone switchboard system.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A demeanor suitable for an executive environment, supported by years of experience.
  • Ability to handle clerical tasks with attention to detail.
  • A motivated approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
  • Proficiency in managing visitor logs and maintaining organized records.
