Based on experience + bonus potential Green Wellness Centre and Spa is growing, and we’re seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to be the first warm welcome our clients receive! If you love aesthetics, have a passion for wellness, and can juggle tasks while keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For:

People-friendly and confident with in-person and phone interactions Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through on tasks and client follow-ups Ability to educate clients about our services and upsell when appropriate Spanish-speaking is a plus (but not required) Clean, professional appearance and communication style Must be comfortable with scheduling, note-taking, and client coordination Experience with Vagaro is highly encouraged (or willingness to learn quickly) Working knowledge of med spa services (facials, injectables, laser, weight loss, etc.) Ability to multitask and maintain a polished, calming front desk environment Bonus if

Med spa or aesthetic clinic experience Social media savvy or comfort engaging with clients on camera A passion for skin, wellness, and client education
