Job Summary:
The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a crucial role in creating a positive experience from the moment they enter our MedSpa. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Appointment Management:
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using our scheduling software.
Communication:
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries via email and social media, providing accurate information about services and promotions.
Administrative Support:
Maintain organized records, manage client files, and ensure confidentiality of client information.
Payment Processing:
Handle transactions, including processing payments and managing billing inquiries.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Inventory Management:
Assist in managing inventory for supplies and retail products, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Promotions:
Inform clients about current promotions and upsell services when appropriate.
Customer Service:
Address client concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or healthcare is a plus.
