!! We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk and Marketing Receptionist to join our team. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with marketing efforts to promote our services. The ideal candidate will be a professional with strong organizational skills, a knack for customer relations, and a passion for marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner. Answer phone calls and manage appointment scheduling with accuracy and efficiency. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and process payments. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork and ensuring confidentiality. Upsale clients products and services
Marketing Duties:
Support marketing initiatives to promote the spa’s services and special offers. Assist in creating and updating promotional materials, including flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns. Monitor and update the spa’s social media channels and website content. Help organize and execute events, promotions, and community outreach programs. Collect and analyze client feedback to support marketing strategies and improve client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in marketing or related field is a plus. Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of marketing principles and social media platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and familiarity with Vagaro. A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
