Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. This is a full-time position in a mental health office setting.

Duties:
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
  • Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and updating client information
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Coordinate and assist with event planning and organization
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Skills:
  • Previous experience working in a medical office is preferred
  • Proficient in computerized systems for scheduling, data entry, and record keeping
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communication
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
