We are looking for a Front Desk receptionist to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. The duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, answering phone calls making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to our employees. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
