Summary We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at HDG Executive Suites in Hollywood, FL. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing various administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all materials are stocked. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives as needed. Provide exceptional customer support to enhance client satisfaction. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Requirements Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic office equipment.
