Gooming Front Desk Pat’s Pedigree & Pet Grooming 8632 NW 44th Street, Sunrise, FL 33351 Receptionist Needed at Pet Grooming Facility! Are you a pet lover with exceptional customer service skills? This is your chance to join our team! We are looking for a dedicated and friendly receptionist for our Pet Grooming facility. Need it for Monday to Saturday or Tuesday to
Saturday Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and their pets with a smile.
- Recieve the Pets and assign them a spot
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized calendar.
- Handling phone calls and emails.
- Keeping accurate records of clients and pets.
- Handling payments and transactions
- cash, debit / credit cards, checks.
- Financial closing at the end of each day.
Requirements:
- Grooming Styles, language experience
- Previous experience in customer service roles.
- Basic knowledge of pet care.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual
