Administrative/Receptionist – Dania Beach, FL Full-Time | In-Office | Entry-Level Welcome We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Administrative/Receptionist to join a small but passionate team at a meaningful nonprofit organization based in Dania Beach. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while also being the warm, welcoming face at the front desk. If you have strong administrative skills, a kind attitude, and a desire to work in a mission-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries with a positive and professional demeanor Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, and light correspondence Handle filing, data entry, and help maintain organized office operations Support the coordination of events, meetings, and special programs Assist team members and leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks
