Job Description

Law Firm Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Zimmerman & Frachtman Coconut Creek, FL 33073

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Manage and maintain the common areas, ensuring it is clean and organized
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide support to paralegals and lawyers as needed and requested
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Skills:
  • Front desk experience or similar customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in using Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong clerical skills, including filing, organizing, and managing paperwork
  • Computer literacy with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus
