The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent time management abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication within the organization. Duties Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages. Proofread documents for grammatical accuracy and clarity. Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming environment. Handle clerical tasks such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Utilize computer literacy to operate various software applications effectively. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Human Resource experience a plus! (2) years Receptionist/front desk experince Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office equipment. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software. Bilingual candidates with Spanish language skills are highly desirable. Previous experience with front desk operations or customer service is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
