Job Description:
Office Receptionist We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team in our Coconut Creek, FL office and warehouse. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, comfortable multitasking, capable of prioritization and possess great interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. You will be responsible for performing office clerical tasks to support daily operations.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Assist in-person visitors and direct visitors to the correct office. Field incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. Effectively answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments and take messages. Maintain detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and call logs. Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate contact/department. Maintain all front-end reception duties, ensuring the reception area remains clean and organized. Perform various other clerical tasks, including printing, scanning, copying and filing.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
To excel in this position, you should possess the following skills and knowledge: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous relevant experience in office administrative support roles. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs), Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Strong attendance history of punctuality. Create a pleasant experience for all clients/guests by being personable and attentive. Honest and ethical team player. Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish bilingual a plus.
