MTech Performance is a trusted and growing auto body and performance shop located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We specialize in high-quality mechanical services and customer care, and we’re looking for a reliable and professional Office Secretary to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a female Office Secretary who is confident, well-spoken, and organized to be the first point of contact for our customers and insurance partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office tasks, answering phones, greeting customers, and ensuring a smooth front-office operation.

Responsibilities:

Answer and route phone calls in a courteous and professional manner Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters and potential customers Greet walk-in clients and provide general assistance Maintain and update customer information using a CRM system Use Microsoft Word and Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.) for office tasks Operate Windows-based systems and be comfortable with Apple iOS devices Schedule appointments, follow up on calls, and support the shop team with clerical tasks

Qualifications:

Friendly and professional demeanor, in person and over the phone Strong verbal communication skills Experience using CRM software (preferred) Familiar with Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and Apple iOS Comfortable with general office technology (phones, printers, computers) Punctual, detail-oriented, and a team player Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable but not mandatory Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Strong clerical skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
