The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial support services to the Administrator and other managers as designated; responsible for handling incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors. We provide post-acute services, rehabilitative services, skilled nursing, and short and long term care through Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists; Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses; and Certified Nursing Assistants. Job Requirements The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: High School Diploma or GED Strong Communication Skills(Written and Oral) Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction The ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other facility staff. Possess special interest in working with long-term care residents and the elderly Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet) One to three years of professional experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Deerfield Beach Health and Rehab Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer!
