  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Assistance:
  • Warmly welcome residents, families, and visitors as they arrive at the facility. Provide information, directions, and assistance as needed. 2.
  • Phone Management:
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate staff members or departments. Take messages and ensure prompt follow-up. 3.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, maintaining records, and managing resident and visitor sign-in/out logs. 4.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
