Receptionist Denison Yachting – Florida 1550 SE 17th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, demonstrating professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Support office management tasks including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution. Assist with administrative tasks for various departments as needed. Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times. Provide personal assistant support to executives or team members when required. Direct incoming phone and internet leads and enter them into the CRM system. Work events such as boat shows and company parties. Skills Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in office management practices and procedures. Experience with clerical tasks, ensuring accuracy in documentation. Familiarity with phone systems for efficient call handling. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
