Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the industry located in Deerfield Beach, Florida, 33442, United States. In this role, you will be expected to handle various administrative tasks, including answering phones, providing clerical support, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed
- Ensure all paperwork, including those requiring signatures, is filled out correctly and promptly
- Maintain a positive and efficient attitude in all interactions
- Assist in obtaining necessary signatures for paperwork when required. Requirements
- Exceptional understanding of receptionist duties including managing incoming calls, handling correspondence, and greeting clients.
- Demonstrated ability to operate a multi-line phone system.
- Proven experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a receptionist role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Further education in Office Administration is a plus.

- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Capable of adapting to different people and situations while maintaining a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor.
