We operate Florida PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Centers, the largest PACE program in Florida, which serves as health plan, healthcare provider, and social center designed for older adults with complex medical needs. Receptionist PACE Job Summary Perform receptionist duties for assigned department following department protocols and procedures. Assists with clerical duties as needed. Essential Job Functions Handles all telephone calls, transfers calls to appropriate parties and greats and directs visitors. Transfers calls to voicemail or takes messages and delivers them to the appropriate person in a timely manner. Distributes incoming mail, copies and faxes documents in a timely manner. Emergency situations with clients/caregivers/providers are referred to appropriate parties. Maintains unit specific documentation as per department guidelines and regulatory standards. Provides assistance to staff and clerical support as needed. Attends department meetings and in-services as needed.

Job Requirements Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

6 months of related experience preferably in a healthcare setting.
