Job Description :

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and bilingual (English / Spanish) Temporary Receptionist to cover our front desk for three days — June 16, 17, and 18 — while our regular receptionist is out.

Responsibilities :

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish Perform light administrative duties Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements :

Must be fluent in English and Spanish Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)

Location :
