We are a small privately owned veterinary clinic that is focused on customer service and good quality medicine. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. We are looking for a customer service professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and is passionate about animal care. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries regarding services, medications, and pet care. Process payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism. Assist veterinary staff with animal handling during examinations or procedures as needed. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Schedule 8-6 weekdays, rotating 8-1 Saturdays, Closed on Sundays Education High school diploma or equivalent Requirements Veterinary reception experience: 1 year Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with pet owners.
