Veterinary Receptionist Cooper City Animal Clinic Cooper City, FL 33328 Cooper City Animal Clinic is looking for a rock-star receptionist to join our front desk team. The perfect candidate will be someone who loves working with animals and have superior customer service skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting and welcoming patients with sincerity. Answering telephone calls and returning e-mails. Scheduling appointments using our designated software. Informing the Veterinarian on a call of any emergencies that require urgent attention. Issuing invoices for treatment and prescribed medication after each consultation. Receiving and verifying payments after each consultation. Liaising with courier services and laboratories to ensure that samples are delivered and collected on time.
