Front Desk Receptionist Nash Cataract & Laser 18401 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, FL 33948 Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Patients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Duties Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization. Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information and directing calls to appropriate personnel. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Handle office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless office operations. Skills Strong office management skills, including experience with clerical tasks. Familiarity with front desk operations in a professional setting. (preferred) Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills. Ability to manage calendars effectively and coordinate appointments. Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required. (preferred) Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation. Pay based on experience, 2 yearly bonuses provided. 401K match is available.
