Our newest senior community in Port Charlotte is seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Concierge to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for both guests and residents.
The position offers two shifts:
7 AM – 3 PM and 3 PM – 11 PM, with some weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner. Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and providing information about the community. Ensure the security and safety of the community by monitoring access points and maintaining visitor logs. Coordinate and schedule appointments, activities, and transportation for residents. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by residents or guests promptly and effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in basic computer skills and office software. Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role is preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
