Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage appointments, schedules, and room bookings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and activities. Address customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration or customer service a plus. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative capacity. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment. A friendly and approachable attitude, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
