The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, providing clerical support, and maintaining an organized environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages when necessary. Handle calendar management by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the office. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Experience Previous experience as a clerk or front desk receptionist is preferred. Familiarity with phone systems and calendar management tools is essential. Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Experience in an office or similar environment is a plus but not required. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience as a personal assistant or in data entry roles will be advantageous.
