• Greet customers with a warm smile and provide excellent service.
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for our team.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Help coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure seamless communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in the automotive industry).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with appointment scheduling software.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
