$28.3K – $32.5K a year 17 hours ago Qualifications Resident’s rights 1 year Entry level Full Job Description Receptionist, Evenings this position is M-F, starting at 430pm. We are seeking a customer service-oriented Receptionist who has the ability to multitask and takes pride in attention to detail. Serving our community of residents and their families, you will enjoy becoming a valued member of our team. Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, you will be responsible to greet facility visitors, answering the telephone, typing correspondence, and other clerical duties as assigned.

Duties:

Answer telephone; route calls appropriately, receive and deliver messages. Greet visitors and refer visitors to appropriate individuals. Take employment applications and forward them to the appropriate department head. Receive and distribute mail. Handle correspondence, perform typing, filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties. Maintain an orderly, confidential, and safe work environment. Practice universal precautions at all times. Adhere to safety rules and regulations. Attend and participate in department and staff meetings as assigned. Understand, comply with and promote rules regarding residents’ rights. Screen Visitors and staff prior to entering the facility. And other job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance as required. Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, and outside agencies and to work cooperatively with other associates
