Job Description

Receptionist/Office Assistant Arc Human Capital, LLC 216 Industrial Loop South, Orange Park, FL 32073 Overview Our client, a prominent Roofing Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in office management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times. Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our systems. Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Document customer interactions in our internal system. Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor during all customer interactions. Experience Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Experience with phone systems and handling multiple lines is advantageous Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software is essential. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Experience in front desk operations or customer support will be beneficial.
