Receptionist Kramer Kellerhouse Chartered Marco Island, FL Our established Marco Island law firm seeks a receptionist to help with our future development. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills. In addition, you would have related administrative duties. The extent of those duties would be initially set by your experience and would increase as you further developed.

Compensation:

$38,000

Responsibilities:

As the master of first impressions for anyone either calling our firm or entering our office, you would need a positive personality and professional appearance. The related administrative duties would develop to include data entry, organizing and maintaining both paper records and computer files, maintaining calendars, and assisting in the production of correspondence and documents. Our firm’s software includes Office 365, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MyCase. While the position does not require any current knowledge of these programs, basic operating competency with them would simply be part of your development.

Qualifications:

Experience in a professional office is obviously preferred. And, the level of such experience would be reflected in the initial compensation. But the actual job qualifications are simply set out above, together with the ability and desire to grow with our firm.
