Position Summary:

Vineyards Country Club is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support both our Spa and other key departments. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to multiple dynamic areas of the club. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication and multitasking skills, responsible for front desk reception in the spa as well as administrative support and light bookkeeping for other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Spa Front Desk Reception (Part-Time): Greet and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about spa services. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk and waiting area. Process payments, manage point-of-sale transactions, and track guest activity. Support spa staff as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Departmental Administrative Support (Part-Time): Perform basic bookkeeping, including accounts payable processing and data entry. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed. Provide administrative support to the management. Help prepare reports and documentation as requested.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support. Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and inventory procedures. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor and a positive, helpful attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with POS or club management systems a plus. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in office administration is a plus.
