The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner. Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members. Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and tidy. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with stock management and inventory as needed. Support product demos and promotional events by providing information to customers. Utilize POS systems for processing sales transactions and maintaining records. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations. Requirements Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle cash with accuracy and integrity. Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus. Experience with POS systems is highly desirable. Ability to supervise tasks when necessary, ensuring team efficiency. A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a busy environment. Knowledge of grocery store operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
