out of 5 stars Lake City, FL 32055 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lake City is looking to hire a friendly Fulltime Receptionist for our dealership! Weekdays 8:00am – 6:00pm. Some Weekends. Pay rate starting at $14 per hour depending on experience!

Greeting guests and directing them appropriately Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department Able to work in a fast-paced environment Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image Assist with administrative duties which include: Data Entry Keeping Accurate Records Organizing Files/Records Requirements Receptionist Experience is Required Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel Strong Customer Service Skills Excellent Communication Skills Keep Accurate Records Detail Oriented Time Management Skills Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas Ability to be a Team Player Bi-lingual is a plus Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
