We’re currently seeking a full-time or part-time Office Manager to join our team! No dance experience is necessary—just a positive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. We teach over 12 styles of dance to students of all ages and levels, and we pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment. This role offers opportunities for growth within the company, along with the chance to be part of our exciting events, parties, and studio outings.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to emails Schedule lessons, meetings, and appointments Process payments both in person and over the phone Keep studio supplies stocked (toilet paper, soap, mints, etc.) Complete and organize paperwork Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must We can’t wait to meet someone who’s ready to grow with us and help keep our studio running smoothly.
