The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various clerical tasks. This position requires strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills to manage daily office activities effectively.

Responsibilities:

Initiate and/or respond timely contact to potential clients and partners by gathering required clinical and demographic data Overall oversight of the check-in process including; insurance verification, registration, scheduling, collection and processing of patient’s co-pays, and completion of intake forms. Maintain provider calendars by reviewing and managing patient appointments and working the schedule list. Serve as contact for referrals to mental health providers and provide referrals if alternative service is needed. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the clinical practice. Work with Office manager and clinical staff for client care. Performing administrative duties including data entry, composition of letters/memos for external communication, faxing, organizing. Assist with Marketing and attend marketing events Plan meeting and take detailed minutes Manage the schedule for the Chief Executive Officer including making travel arrangements as needed Resolve office related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues. Opening and closing tasks daily Position requirements : In order to be considered candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of administrative experience is required. Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and use of the internet. Requires telephone interactions with individuals who may have mental illness. If the candidate does not have any experience, they must possess a strong interest in developing an expertise in one or more of these areas. Candidates who have previous experience working with individuals and families and have knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and solution focused treatment are preferred.
