You’ll manage incoming calls, support daily administrative tasks, and keep our front desk and reception area running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all guests and students in a courteous and professional manner Answer and route incoming calls and messages efficiently Maintain front desk cleanliness, security protocols, and supplies Assist with filing, mail distribution, and other administrative duties Create a welcoming environment that reflects our culture and values

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required 1+ year experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why join us?
