Pet Urgent Response and Emergency is seeking a dedicated Emergency Veterinary Receptionist to join our team and play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to pets and their owners in urgent situations.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist pet owners with empathy and professionalism. Manage incoming phone calls and schedule appointments. Coordinate communication between pet owners, veterinary staff, and emergency professionals. Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks efficiently. Provide information about emergency services and procedures to pet owners. Taking payments Triage

Job Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in emergency veterinary or medical setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, rotating holidays, and weekends. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
