          Responsibilities:
          • Answer and direct phone calls, professionally
          • Collect, review, and organize client intake forms and documents
          • Scan, upload, and file paperwork
          • Data entry into internal systems Maintain organized filing systems
          • Follow up with clients on missing paperwork or signatures
          • Maintain confidentiality of client information
          • Provide general administrative support to licensed staff
